Tens of thousands of people in dozens of European cities took to the streets to protest against the Turkish war of aggression in northern Syria under the slogan “Everywhere Afrin, everywhere resistance”. The biggest demonstration for Afrin took place in Cologne on Saturday. While the civilian population continued to be bombed in Afrin, the German police blocked the demonstration due to flags bearing the image of Abdullah Öcalan.
